Our Wines

Is the wine most symbolic of the winery, a wine in which we discover the effort and sacrifices of many years by Miquel Àngel Cerdá & Pere Obrador in understand the callet grape, reinforcing its typicity and achieving each time a wine more expressive, alive and balanced.  It is a very singular wine, authentic, mineral, wild and powerful.

Is a fresh wine, tasty & mineral that shows us a Mallorca rooted in its history and its scenery provoking a multitude of aromas and nuances that make us feel the typicity of the Balearic Island.  A signature of the Bodegas belief in the indigenous grape varieties, to bring the authenticity of the terroir to all palates. 

Old vines that look at the Mediterranean, the influence of the sea breeze and a total respect for what the land offers.  This is the result of this Quìbia, a white wine elaborated from black grapes where the minerality, the salinity and the elegance are its most notable characteristics.

Not every year does this such special wine see light, only the years when at the end of its ageing does it offer a unique wine, different and of an exceptional quality.  Coming from the oldest vines of Ànima Negra and fruit of the collaboration with the painter and friend of the winery, Miquel Barceló, it is a wine that transports you to the climate, to the environment and to the Mediterranean roots that surround this Winery.
